Weekly social meetings

The Mens Shed is open for the following meetings where you can come along for a chat and a cuppa. There will also be talks and opportunity to learn new skills;

Every Tuesday 9.30am - 12.00pm and Thursday 2pm to 4pm

Community Projects

The Mens Shed members will undertake various team projects around the village to help the community. These could range from small construction, engineering and repair, landscaping or environmental projects. This will enable people to utilise their skills to help the community.

Day trips

Most months there will be day trips organised so members can visit new places of interest and learn new things.

Trips have included;

Haynes Motor Museum

Fleet Air Museum

Hinkley Point

Wells Cathedral High Tour

Bovington Tank Museum

and many more

Learning new skills

A chance to learn new woodworking or mechanical skills from fellow members

Monday Night Talks

Monthly through the Autumn and Winter we will be having Men's Shed Monthly Mondays.

A chance to get together talk and perhaps a drink. We will also have regular speakers on interesting subjects.
